Respect and safety
Do not post harassment, hate, threats, explicit sexual content, grooming, child exploitation, scams, or encouragement of self-harm or violence. Do not publish another person’s private health or identifying information.
Reporting and blocking
Use the report and block controls available in the relevant feature, or contact Team@cozyhealth.org. Include enough context to locate a concern without sending unnecessary sensitive information. Do not assume every community control also exists in private provider messaging.
Review, action and appeals
Moderators may remove content, issue warnings, restrict features or suspend accounts depending on severity. Serious abuse can lead to immediate action; a fixed three-strike rule is not promised. Appeal through Team@cozyhealth.org. A response-time commitment will be published only when staffing supports it.
Child safety
Child sexual abuse material and exploitation are prohibited. Report concerns to Team@cozyhealth.org, the designated child-safety contact. We assess reports, preserve evidence where appropriate and escalate to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable requirements. Do not redistribute illegal material.
Crisis concerns
The community is not continuously monitored for emergencies. If someone is in immediate danger, contact appropriate emergency services.
