Cozy Health is a wellbeing and self-care platform. It is not a clinical diagnostic tool, emergency hotline or continuously monitored service. For immediate danger, contact local emergency services or visit the nearest emergency department.

Assessments

Self-reflection questionnaires and screening instruments, including PHQ-9 and GAD-7 where available, support personal tracking. Scores do not constitute a diagnosis or treatment plan. Consult a qualified professional for medical decisions.

Emergency contacts

The current phone-contact option opens your messaging or calling app. You must send the message yourself; Cozy Health cannot confirm delivery.

An automatic email option is being prepared. When enabled, it requires a confirmed contact, connectivity and available sending capacity. It may fail or be limited; the app must show its status and offer message/call alternatives. It does not notify emergency services and is not a guaranteed rescue mechanism.

Provider messages

Provider messages are not an emergency channel. Do not assume a provider will read or respond immediately.
